Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CoinPack ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CoinPack is a platform that allows users to purchase "packs" containing physical precious metals (silver and gold). Each pack contains one randomly selected item from a published distribution. All selections are provably fair using cryptographic commit-reveal mechanisms.

Items won through pack purchases are held in secure custody on your behalf. You may request physical delivery of your items or sell them back for account credit at the posted buyback rate.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Purchases and Payments

All purchases are final once a pack is opened. Prices are displayed in US dollars. We accept payment via credit card and other methods as displayed at checkout. You agree to pay all charges incurred through your account.

6. Provably Fair System

Each pack selection uses a cryptographic commit-reveal system. Before your purchase, a server seed is committed. After the reveal, you can independently verify that the selection was deterministic and fair. Full audit trails are available for each purchase.

7. Custody and Delivery

Items won are held in secure, insured custody. You may request physical delivery at any time, subject to applicable shipping fees. Delivery times vary by location. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

8. Buyback Program

You may sell items back to CoinPack for account credit at the posted buyback rate (currently 88% of market value). Buyback rates are subject to change. Credits can be used for future pack purchases.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to manipulate or exploit the provably fair system
• Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions or referral programs
• Use automated systems or bots to interact with the Service
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Service are owned by CoinPack or its licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE CONTINUOUS, UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS TO THE SERVICE. PRECIOUS METAL PRICES FLUCTUATE AND PAST PERFORMANCE DOES NOT GUARANTEE FUTURE RESULTS.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COINPACK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
